*Multiple dog families may stay together in one run, first dog is regular price and each additional dog is 1/2 price each. There must not be aggessive behavior between the dogs with food, toys, etc.  If pets need to be separated to eat they will have to be boarded in separate runs at full price.  If we feel they can not safely be boarded together we will place in separate runs and full price will be charged.   

*Saturday pick ups must have an appointment made no later than Friday at 5pm, they will not get complemenatary bath.  Appointment time is at 8am only, must be on time right at 8am.  Not availble to new clients or on a Holiday weekend. 

*If picked up before 10 am they may not get complementary bath

*Holiday Reservations require a non-refundable deposit of half the stay, paid at the time reservations are made, in order to hold your pets spot, the other half will be collected at the time of pick up.

Policies and Documentation Needed

We require all pets to have proof of recent veterinarian exam with all recommended vaccines.   

Canine:  DHPP and Rabies every 12 months and Bordetella every 6 months

Feline:  Rabies every 12 months

All Pets Must be on Veterinary approved Heartworm and Flea Prevention, you will need proof of purchase or the boxes with Veterinary label (date of purchase, dogs name, place of purchase, etc.).   

All Records and Paperwork must be completed and returned to us as soon as possible, no later than the day before arriving.  This is to ensure everything is up to date and there is nothing to worry about on the day of check in.  So please help us by providing all needed documentation in advance, or we will not be allowed to let them stay with us. 

We need a copy of Picture ID from all persons dropping off or picking up of your pet to keep in your file.  If there is no copy, owner must fill out permission of Third Party Pick up form prior to event. 

Make sure your pet has a collar that can remain on them the entire stay (no harnesses please, these are uncomfortable to play and sleep in)

We ask that you bring your pets primary diet with you.  If possible, we encourage owners to pre-portion each meal into separate ziplock bags to ensure you have enough food and the correct amount of food is given at each meal. This will enable us to keep your pets meals consistent with those they receive at home.  Please make sure to bring enough for their entire stay or extra if the stay may be extened.   We hope to eliminate any dietary discomfort this way.

Please have a local contact number of someone who can pick up your pet in case of an emergency.  Must be able to pick up prior to closing on day of contact. 

We do offer a 10% Military Discount for Boarding and Grooming.  Sorry there is no Military Discount offered for the Doggie Daycare. Please present your Military ID at Check In to receive this. 

We accept Cash, Checks, and Credit Cards at this time.  Any returned checks will be charged a $25 fee.  Credit Card charges must be $20 or greater.

Any treatment that is deemed necessary will be performed at the cost of the owner. Cedar Animal Hospital is our primary Veterinarian for emergencies. This is to ensure all guests are kept happy and healthy during there stay. We do have a Veterinary Treatment Authorization form that will need to be filled out in order for us to seek medical attention if needed.
